Last weekend was the last of the “Just Hobby Series” race held at Turf City, Singapore.

This is the last of the 2010 series.
As usual, year round, this series have been very competitive due to many participants and because Just Hobby track is open all year round, there is no shortage of “FAST DRIVERS” at every race held there !!

Again, JPL Model PL racers, Nelson Lee and Tom Goh, both powered by Novarossi engines, GRP tires as well as the most popular and fastest 2.4G KO Propo controllers performed and proven to be very consistent at every race. . . TQ and Won many races in the series.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Nelson Lee for taking overall Grand Series Champion and Tom Goh for 1st Runner Up.

Well done guys !!

Please note that although we have replenished most common parts and engines, we are in the process of clearing and fulfilling all back-orders.
And because of long summer holidays in Europe, we will not see shipment these 1~2 months, therefore we need to cater for requirements for upcoming FEMCA race (Onroad) and WC2010 (Buggy).

Team Shepherd just announced the following new items.

# 507101 – Front Bumber wide V10

The new wide front bumper allows the use for Lola type bodies for the Velox V10.

Addtionally it increases steering in fast corners because of improved aerodynamics. The bumper is made of a durable though flexible composite material.

# 512301 – Brass battery tray

The new CNC – machined brass battery tray allows you to increase the weight at the best possible position: in the center of the chassisplate.

With 41g the perfectly balanced battery tray lowers the center of gravity significantly and improves the handling of the V10 especially on high traction tracks.

# 811511 / # 811512 – Black Springs front & rear, extra soft

The black springs are the latest addition to the already available shock absorber springs and increase the possibilities of fine-tune the V10 to specific track conditions.

Now the following springs are available for the V10 [ from soft to hard ]: black, grey, light green, dark green.

# 820320 / #820325 / #820330 – Silicone Oil 200.000 / 250.000 / 300.000 cst

Especially for the front differential of the V10 many racers requested harder oils. Therefore we extended our range of silicone oil to meet the racers demands.

The silicone oil was produced accordingly to our specifications and high quality standards. With this new oils it’s possible to fine – tune your V10 to different track conditions.

# 907302 – Servo Saver Aluminium V8

Now also for the Velox V8 an aluminium servo saver is available.

Designed to survive even hard crashes it still perfectly protects the steering servo from being damaged.
